Our Programme
At SFA, our programmes are designed to discover, nurture, and train the lads from ages 5 to 17 years.
There are two basic categories at this stage, namely: U6 and U8
U6 - The Recreational stage, the game is introduced to the young boys and girls in a fun way. They learn to get familiar with the game environment while having fun on the pitch. They build interest in the game in a fun way.
U8 - Elementary stage. The young boys and girls learn the basic techniques of the game, such as passing, controlling, dribbling, and shooting. They also get to learn simple game positioning.
There are two categories at this stage, which are U10 and U12.
The attention is on the technical and tactical improvement. The young boys and girls learn their basic techniques under consistent opposition. Coordinative sessions are also introduced to the lads.
There is just one category at this stage. The game became more and more competitive for the boys and girls. Their game understanding are constantly work on through the use of constraints in our sessions. They are exposed to a lot of local games and international tournaments.
At this stage, we require a high level of commitment and dedication from the lads.
Our training usually involves more intense drills, tactics, and strategy sessions designed to develop physical and mental toughness, endurance, agility, and speed.
We expose them to a lot of scouting programmes.
To make quality football coaching available and accessible to kids, and create a path to develop their God's given talents.
